JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generating and qualifying leads from cold-calling prospects.
  • Adept in identifying client leads from LinkedIn & social media with the right audience.
  • Managing, tracking, and following up on leads by calling them
  • Maintaining MIS
  • Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals as per KRAs
  • Provide information about service offerings.
  • Skillful in converting client inquiries into appointments
  • Following up on missed appointments, dormant clients etc.
  • Ensuring timely communication to sales and operations teams with client updates

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 6 months to 3 years of work experience in telesales/telemarketing either for BPO-Outbound process OR Recruitment/Staffing industry OR Real Estate Sales.
  • Should be excellent at cold calling, networking & using social channels for lead generation.
  • INSIDE SALES experience shall be a major plus.
  • Should be Tech-savvy.
  • Creating and updating activity reports
  • Should be highly internet savvy.
  • Should be aware of Pune region
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Strong exposure to MS Office (Excel / Word)
  • Pleasing personality with good English language communication.
  • Female candidates are preferred
