JOB DESCRIPTION
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold-calling prospects.
- Adept in identifying client leads from LinkedIn & social media with the right audience.
- Managing, tracking, and following up on leads by calling them
- Maintaining MIS
- Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals as per KRAs
- Provide information about service offerings.
- Skillful in converting client inquiries into appointments
- Following up on missed appointments, dormant clients etc.
- Ensuring timely communication to sales and operations teams with client updates
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 6 months to 3 years of work experience in telesales/telemarketing either for BPO-Outbound process OR Recruitment/Staffing industry OR Real Estate Sales.
- Should be excellent at cold calling, networking & using social channels for lead generation.
- INSIDE SALES experience shall be a major plus.
- Should be Tech-savvy.
- Creating and updating activity reports
- Should be highly internet savvy.
- Should be aware of Pune region
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Strong exposure to MS Office (Excel / Word)
- Pleasing personality with good English language communication.
- Female candidates are preferred
